How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Spain: Mainland Spain 1 to 3 working days, Balearic Islands 3 to 4 working days.
- Germany: 4 to 8 working days.
- Austria: 4 to 8 working days.
- France: 4 to 8 working days.
- Italy: 4 to 8 working days.
- Netherlands: 4 to 8 working days.
- Portugal: 4 to 8 working days.
On weekends and public holidays, deliveries are handled on the next working day.
The delivery time counts from the time the logistics company collects the order until it is delivered to the indicated address. You will be able to know when the logistics company has collected your order because you will receive a confirmation email.
Delivery times are approximate, it is possible that during periods of high volume, Black Friday, sales or Christmas orders may be slightly delayed.
How much do delivery charges cost?
- Spain: Free on purchases over 30€ or 4,50€ (We do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands).
- Germany: Free on purchases over 30€ or 4,50€.
- Austria: Free on purchases over 30€ or 4,50€.
- France: Free on purchases over 30€ or 4,50€.
- Italy: Free on purchases over 30€ or 4,50€.
- Netherlands: Free on purchases over 30€ or 4,50€.

What are the delivery times?
Orders are delivered on working days between 9.00 am and 7.00 pm.
Can I pick up my order at an office or collection point?
When you receive the confirmation email from GLS, you can change the delivery location to a GLS branch or parcel shop.
How can I track my order?
When your order is collected by the logistics company, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain the code of your shipment, which you can use to track your order online and know the status of your order at all times.
What happens if I am absent when my order arrives?
The carriers will try to deliver the order to the address you have given us.
If you are absent, they will make a second delivery the next working day.
If you cannot be reached either, the order will remain at the nearest GLS collection point or parcel shop in your area for 7 days so that you can pick it up at your convenience.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel an order, please email us at [email protected] and if the order has not yet been shipped we will be able to cancel it.
However, if your cancellation request reaches us in more than 24 hours, the shipping and return costs of the order will be deducted, as it is a service that has been managed.
Can I return a product?
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order to return the products you do not want.
Remember that the products must be returned as they were delivered, i.e. in their original packaging, without having been opened, damaged or soiled.
Who is responsible for the shipping costs?
In the event that the return is for reasons not attributable to IBISUN (due to a mistake when making the purchase or because you are not convinced when you open the package), you will have to assume the cost of the return.
In the event that the return is for reasons attributable to IBISUN (defective product) we will be responsible for collecting the products and we will bear the costs associated with this return.
